On Tuesday, a large field of 120 players were greeted to glorious sunshine for the 2016 Holden Scramble sponsored by Col Crawford Holden and held at Cromer Golf Club.
Now the team from Cromer have finished their 3-day Australian National Final Championship round at Twin Waters resort in Queensland and they are on their way to China next year for the China / Australia Holden Scramble Championship!!
Since they arrived for their practice round on Friday, they have played exceptionally. Yesterday, they played in the final 6-team play off. The 3 winning groups go to China…and they won their match!!
The all new Holden Trax looks set to shake the small SUV market when it goes on sale in Australia in 2013. As the baby of the SUV range, the Trax will become the fourth in Holden’s line-up, joining the mid-sized Captiva 5, larger Captiva 7, and the more-rugged, ute-based Colorado 7.
Now in its 20th year, the Holden Scramble season got off to a flying start this morning with the 1st Col Crawford Holden event at Warringah Golf Club.
Today’s event saw a full field of 140 players teeing off early. And we couldn’t have asked for better weather with top temperatures reaching a high of 21 degrees.
