Col Crawford Lifestyle Cars is one of Australia’s leading vehicle dealerships with a reputation for being progressive, delivering automotive excellence, and high-quality customer service. We are a family-owned and operated business, selling 11 brands across 3 locations.
We are looking for an outgoing, reliable, and energetic junior who would like to start their career in logistics, warehousing, and spare parts within the automotive industry. This role is dynamically split across functions that include a traineeship as spare parts interpreter. If you are looking for career progression and have a bit of technical about you, then this is a great role. You will need proficient computer skills and the rest you will learn on the job.
This position is an integral component of the daily operations of our service department. The person we are looking for will enjoy working in a busy team environment, have an excellent work ethic with a sales-focused attitude, and exceptional customer service skills. You will be trained in all our manufacturers and you will be eligible for our spare parts incentive program.
Main duties and responsibilities:
Pick, pack and dispatch orders on a daily basis
Receipt of goods and put away stock
Assist with stock takes, unloads, and product packing
Maintain warehouse cleanliness and tidy
Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety procedures
Book freight and couriers
On the job training – Spare Parts Interpreter
Skills, knowledge, and abilities:
- Good communication skills.
- An eye for detail.
- Basic computer skills.
- Physically fit as some manual lifting is required.
- Good organisational skills.
- A strong team player.
- Self-motivated with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Drivers licence preferable.
- Working hours are 8.00 to 4.30 pm Monday to Friday.
