All New Nissan X-Trail is Here Now!

Col Crawford Nissan is pleased to announce The all new Nissan X-TRAIL has just arrived! We’ve taken 50 years of 4×4 innovation and packed it into a rugged, spacious and sporty compact 4WD.The new X-TRAIL offers a new level of performance. Its 2.5 litre, 4 cylinder engine has been refined for improved performance. The engine now delivers a maximum power of 125kW and maximum torque of 226Nm.

Two new transmissions also boast some impressive improvements. The new 6-speed manual offers improved performance, while the new CVT automatic (Continuously Variable Transmission) is remarkably fuel efficient, in fact it is even more fuel efficient than the six speed manual!

The all new X-TRAIL features a unique intelligent ALL MODE 4×4-i system. This system, through a series of sensors, constantly monitors driving conditions to ensure an ideal distribution of engine torque. This helps to reduce oversteer or understeer in slippery conditions. Operation is made easy through a conveniently located switch which gives you the choice of 2WD, AUTO or LOCK mode.

The all new Nissan X-TRAIL may be a compact 4WD but there’s nothing compact about its interior. Indeed, it’s both flexible and refined. It features a unique rear drawer system that is removable (to provide extra cargo capacity), cargo hooks, tie down points, dash top storage, cooled/heated cup holders, seatback storage and a large glovebox.
