Holden Trax has arrived
The all new Holden Trax looks set to shake the small SUV market when it goes on sale in Australia in 2013. As the baby of the SUV range, the Trax will become the fourth in Holden’s line-up, joining the mid-sized Captiva 5, larger Captiva 7, and the more-rugged, ute-based Colorado 7.
Contending against the likes of the Subaru XV, Jeep Compass, Nissan Dualis, Mitsubishi ASX and the VW Tiguan, the newest SUV should knock the mud flaps off its rivals.
The Trax is an important addition to the Holden family, filling a gap in the small SUV market that has been left unfulfilled until now.With its funky styling – a tall bonnet, an impressive grille and large indentation on the doors – this little beaut has enough room to seat 5 comfortable, plenty of cargo space and is complete with class-leading technology. Not bad for a price tag of around $25,000.
